My second car was a 1937 Morris 8 Series 1 2 door saloon, bought in 1973. Kept it for 25 years, sold it, bought it back years later and then swapped it for a Chevy Belair project car. All my cars have been Series 1, including an English assembled 4 seat tourer we had for 35 years. Have a Series 1 5cwt van bought about 1978 and only now mostly restored. Our first 4 door came along in June 2020. Last on the road in 1961. Chris and I are Life Members of the Club, have filled many committee positions and Chris is still Editor today. Now live in Kaikoura NZ.
